To make a return, it is sufficient to send a written notification of your decision by mail, fax or email within 7 working days from receipt of the goods.

Any customer may cancel a purchase of goods within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
