Vending machines take the pressure off the owner’s schedule and give him more freedom. However, they are not intended to replace humans in the day-to-day care of horses and it is not advisable to leave horses unattended for any length of time for any reason.


To order online, select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon. You can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on “cart” in the navigation menu and delete items or change the quantity ordered.
Once you have made your selection, go to the “shopping cart” page and, if you are happy with the contents of your cart, click on “checkout” (please note that you must first confirm that you have read our terms and conditions of sale and agree to them by ticking the box provided).

If you are a new customer, you will then need to enter your details, such as email address, name, telephone number, address, etc. If you are an existing customer, you can access your details by entering your email address and password. Once you have confirmed your details, a summary of your order will be displayed. If this summary is correct, click on “validate”. If not, go back to the “shopping cart” page or the “my details” page and make the necessary changes.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will be directed to our secure payment page, where you can make your payment. Payments can be made via postfinance, bank transfer or invoice. The goods will be sent once payment has been made.

Notwithstanding the retention of title clause in paragraph 7 below, the customer shall bear the risks and perils of the goods as from their dispatch. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the transport costs shall be borne by the customer and the goods shall travel at the customer’s risk. The transport of goods shall not be insured unless the customer expressly requests otherwise in writing. In this case, the insurance costs will be added to the amount due by the customer.
Easyhorse.Ch® cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or that goods will be available for delivery. If an ordered item is unavailable,® shall notify the customer as soon as possible and inform the customer of the earliest possible shipping date. In this case, the customer will be able to cancel the order in whole or in part. No cancellations will be accepted once the goods have been dispatched but the goods may still be returned to the sender under the provisions of paragraph 5 below.


The contribution to packaging and shipping costs for deliveries in Switzerland will be calculated directly when the order is confirmed on the website®.
For food vending machines, the calculation will be based on quantities and destination. It will be communicated to the customer by e’mail.
However, the customer is free to work with his own transport company.
In Switzerland, food dispensers can be delivered directly by®. It all depends on the quantity of machines and whether they are to be delivered assembled or as a kit.
Customs duties for deliveries outside Switzerland are to be paid by the customer.


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all goods ordered online (with the exception of automatic feeders and custom-made saddles) are covered by our Money-Back Guarantee. This guarantee means that any customer can cancel a purchase of goods within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, by sending written notification of their decision by post, fax or email. Unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. Provided that the goods are returned in their original condition,® will refund the purchase price of the goods (excluding shipping costs and commission charges for credit card payments) as soon as possible after receipt of the returned goods, and in any event within a maximum of 30 days. Our Money Back Guarantee will not apply if the returned goods are damaged or have been altered in any way from their original condition. Our Money Back Guarantee will also be inapplicable if the goods have been purchased under a special offer or promotional offer.

8.1. General
When collecting and processing personal data, Easyhorse S.A. ensures compliance with the applicable legislation, in particular the data protection legislation. It protects its customers’ data with appropriate technical and organisational measures and treats them confidentially.
It collects, processes and saves personal data only insofar as this is necessary for the management of orders, customer enquiries, operational and infrastructure security, the preparation of invoices and customer care, in particular to ensure a high quality of service.

8.1.1 Market research, customer advice and marketing
In order to enable Easyhorse to develop a market-oriented offer, the customer agrees to the storage and use of his/her personal data for market research (e.g. customer satisfaction survey) and consulting purposes.
The customer agrees that Easyhorse may store and use his/her personal data for advertising purposes.
The customer may at any time and without giving reasons prohibit Easyhorse from using his/her personal data, insofar as such use is not necessary for the provision of the service.
Personal data may be transmitted to third parties not considered as processors insofar as this is permitted by law or after obtaining the customer’s prior consent and in the context of the above-mentioned processing objectives.

8.1.2 Rights of data subjects
The customer has the right to demand to be informed about the processing of his personal data and to demand their correction, deletion or destruction. The customer can forbid the processing of his data and their communication to third parties, insofar as these are not indispensable for the provision of the service he requires (e.g. transmission of contact details to the company UFO, producer of GPA helmets, for direct mailing to the customer). The customer may at any time revoke the explicit consent previously given to the processing of his/her data. This does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out during the period for which valid consent was granted. If it is not possible to establish the accuracy or inaccuracy of the data, the customer may demand that his or her objection be noted.
Legal requirements that bind or authorise Easyhorse S.A. with regard to the processing or publication of data remain reserved. If the law prohibits the deletion of data in particular, the data will only be blocked and not deleted.
To assert his rights, the customer shall send a written request to Easyhorse S.A., route de la Roserette 11, 1063 Peyres-Possens. Emails are not encrypted and are therefore exposed to the security risks typical for this means of communication.

8.1.3 Use of third parties (subcontractors)
The customer agrees that Easyhorse may use third parties to provide the service and provide them with the data required for this purpose. The subcontractor is subject to the same data protection obligations as Easyhorse S.A. itself and is not permitted to process data for its own purposes and without a mandate and instructions from Easyhorse S.A., subject to any legal provisions to the contrary. Easyhorse S.A. is obliged to carry out a rigorous selection, instruction and control of service providers.

Return of the GPA riding helmets

According to the article of the safety standard for riding helmets CE EN-1384: The standard specifies as well as the safety instructions delivered with the GPA helmet: Article 7.2 § C
“The helmet is designed to absorb some of the energy of an impact with partial destruction of the cap or the inner padding, or both. This damage may not be visible and therefore any helmet that has suffered an impact should be destroyed and replaced with a new one.
Following various discussions with the relevant authorities, any helmet that has been dropped should not be returned to the GPA workshop. If your client tells you that he or she wishes to have an expert opinion following a fall, the standard has clearly indicated that we should not receive such requests.
Likewise, any helmet that shows signs of impact and shock absorption during our assessment cannot be taken in for after-sales service or repaired. The customer is then strongly advised to replace it as specified in the standard. If such an expertise is determined, the costs of return will be charged to the customer, but we can also destroy the product if the customer so wishes.
However, any helmet that requires a non-impact repair will be assessed and we will send a repair estimate, and any helmet that has a manufacturing defect and requires a repair will be taken under warranty by GPA.
Therefore, please note that from now on any helmet that needs to be returned to the workshop must be notified to the distributor with the following information before being sent:
Model – Colour – Serial number: located on a sticker in the inner liner under the foams. – Providing photos would also be a plus in order to save time in the procedure
